30-Day In-Home Trial & Return Policy

At Studio Golf Direct, we stand behind the quality and performance of our golf simulator equipment. We want you to be 100% confident in your studio build. That is why we offer an industry-leading 30-Day Risk-Free In-Home Trial & Return Guarantee on all simulator packages, launch monitors, enclosures, and turf mats.

1. 30-Day Trial Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your freight delivery is completed to test your equipment in your home or garage. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your simulator experience, you may request a return for a full refund.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund under our 30-Day Trial Policy:

• The request must be initiated within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
• Equipment, optical units, projectors, and enclosures must be returned in original packaging with all included cables, manuals, power adapters, and hardware.
• Items must be in good working condition without intentional damage or physical alteration.

3. $0 Restocking Fees

Unlike other retailers who charge 15% to 25% restocking fees on large equipment, Studio Golf Direct charges $0.00 restocking fees on all eligible returns.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process (RMA)

• Step 1: Request an RMA: Email our customer care team at support@studiogolfdirect.com or call (972) 848-7491 with your Order Number and reason for return.
• Step 2: Freight Pickup Scheduling: We will provide an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and coordinate an insured freight carrier to pick up the pallet directly from your residence.
• Step 3: Inspection & Refund: Once the return is received at our Wilmington, DE warehouse, our technical team will inspect the equipment within 1 to 2 business days.
• Step 4: Refund Issued: Your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method (Credit Card, Stripe, Apple Pay) within 3 to 5 business days.

5. 2-Year Manufacturer Hardware Warranty

All launch monitors (SkyTrak, Garmin, Uneekor, Trackman, Bushnell) and short-throw projectors include full 2-Year Official US Manufacturer Hardware Warranties. If any optical unit or electronic component experiences a manufacturer defect, we will replace or repair the unit at zero cost to you.
